Plain-language summary
Privacy for your property enquiry
We use your details to understand and process your request and to provide free, non-binding advice about your property matter.
Regional property partners
Where useful, we may suggest suitable regional partners. Your data is disclosed only after your e-mail is verified, the specific recipient is named and you give separate consent. You decide whether to take any further steps with that partner.
You remain in control
We treat your data confidentially, do not disclose it to unrelated parties and do not sell personal data. You may withdraw consent for the future at any time.
1. Controller
Complete, verified controller details will be published before commercial launch. Until then, the service is expressly marked as a preview.
Privacy contact: to be added before commercial launch.
2. General information
We process personal data under applicable privacy law, particularly the GDPR. Personal data is information that can identify a person directly or indirectly.
3. Property enquiries
We may process your name and contact details; property address or approximate location; property type, size, age and condition; price expectation, timing and contact preference; voluntary messages; and consent, communication, document and security data.
Processing the requested service is normally based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Optional purposes use Article 6(1)(a), security and abuse prevention Article 6(1)(f), and legal duties Article 6(1)(c).
4. Agents and partners
Matching may use region, property type, service profile and compliance status to assist a shortlist. A partner receives your enquiry only after e-mail verification, advance identification of the recipient and separate recorded consent. Without that approval, no external lead partner is authorised. Matching does not make a solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects.
5. Contacting you
We may contact you through the details you provide to process your request and provide free advice about your property matter. Advertising or market updates remain separate and optional.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain data only for its purpose, evidence, rights handling and legal duties. Enquiry data is normally deleted or irreversibly anonymised after 180 days unless an active matter or legal duty requires longer retention. One-time codes expire after 10 minutes and sign-in sessions normally after 30 days. Withdrawn referrals are immediately blocked from further disclosure. A restricted deletion-suppression record may be kept for no longer than three years solely to prevent deleted accounts from being recreated.
7. Hosting, accounts and providers
Technical data such as IP address, access time, browser, operating system, requested pages and security events may be processed. Accounts can use a time-limited e-mail code or, when configured, Google OAuth. Google does not thereby receive your property enquiry.
Contracted providers may support hosting, transactional e-mail, malware scanning, electronic signature and error monitoring. International transfers require an applicable legal basis and safeguards. Actual providers will be named here before commercial launch.
8. Cookies and local storage
Necessary storage supports sign-in, forms, security, cookie choices and locally saved items. Analytics and marketing remain off until you consent. You can change your choice in Cookie settings.
9. Direct contact
If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, we process your details to answer and document the request. Other uses require a legal basis or separate consent.
10. Your rights
Subject to the law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability; object to certain processing; and withdraw consent for the future.
11. Complaints
You may complain to a competent data protection supervisory authority if you believe your data is processed unlawfully.
12. Data security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including access controls, recorded consent, verified e-mail, separated roles, secure sessions and uploaded-file checks.
13. Updates
We update this notice when technical, business or legal circumstances change. The current version is published here.

Use the reference and private token returned with your enquiry. Signed-in users may also use a reference linked to their account.
After a completed account deletion, we retain the normalized e-mail address in a restricted suppression list for no longer than three years solely to prevent stale or concurrent systems from recreating deleted account data. It is not used for matching or marketing, is excluded from normal account exports, and is deleted after expiry.
