verkaufeimmobilie.de receives enquiries from property owners, reviews the supplied facts and may suggest suitable regional real-estate agents. The enquiry and matching service are free and non-binding for owners; they do not themselves create an agency, purchase or sale contract.

Matching and disclosure

Suggestions use region, property type, service profile and documented compliance status. Data is disclosed only after the e-mail address is verified, the specific recipient is named, and explicit consent is recorded. Consent may be withdrawn for the future at any time.

Accounts and content

Users must provide accurate information and may upload only content they are entitled to use. Listings remain private pending review. Unlawful, abusive or harmful content may be blocked or removed.

Availability and liability

No particular agent, sale, price or uninterrupted availability is promised. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

Electronic declarations

Portal confirmations record declarations and evidence. Where a legally suitable electronic signature is required, the configured signature service is used.

Privacy and termination

Consents are purpose-specific and separate. Accounts and enquiries can be closed through the privacy tools unless statutory retention duties apply.
